Please find the WFN Newsletter for the month ending June 2023.
Should anyone wish to add/write anything to the next newsletter, please feel free to email it to me at info@wildlifefilmnetwork.com

Points of notice for this month:
New –   1. New members
New –   2. No one logged on for either of our July Zoom meetings
New –   3. No one showed for our July WFN Face-to-Face network meeting
New –   4. Thank you for letting us know you are receiving our Newsletters
New –   5. We’re in Scotland for a month

1. We had no new members last month:
Sadly, we had no new members during the month of July.
Again I would like to ask you to encourage everyone you know or work with to join the Wildlife Film Network as a member! The more members we have, the better the network will be. If the Network stays in limbo for much longer, it’s going to die off, which will be of no use to any of you.

2. No one showed for either of our July Zoom meetings
Unfortunately, no one logged on for either of our July Zoom meetings.
We will not be holding any Zoom meetings during August and September as I am out on location.

3. No one showed for our July WFN Face-to-Face network meeting in July
Even though a location was suggested by a WFN member this month; sadly, no one showed for our Face-to-Face network meeting on Saturday 22nd
Our next Face-to-Face network meeting will be during December. This will also double up as a Christmas dinner meet. Any suggestions of where we should hold this meeting will be gratefully received.
Again, I will put a booking form on the events page of the website, so I can keep an eye on numbers etc. There will be no charge for people to attend this meeting.

4. Thank you for letting us know you are receiving our Newsletters
We have only received 3 emails to date saying that members are receiving the newsletter. However, these were are from the UK, Europe and the USA, so I am happy that they are being received. (I just can’t help wondering just how many people are actually reading them)

5. We’re in Scotland for a month
The UK Wildlife Film School is running a 4-week wildlife film course in Scotland for the whole of August. The WFN will still be available to receive emails and articles from members for the newsletter during this time; so please feel free to email anything to us you may need to.
