2. How we get the personal information and why we have it:
(All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:)

2.1) Completion of your Membership application form.

2.2) We use the information that you have given us in order to populate your Personal Profile Card and your Personal Profile Page within our database, as displayed within our website.

2.3) We do not share the information given with any third parties.

4.1 Your information is securely stored via an external storage system, separate from our online server/website.

4.2 We keep your personal information as supplied by you, for the period of time you are a member of the Wildlife Film Network. Should you chose to leave the Wildlife Film Network at any time, we will dispose of your personal information by deleting it from our database.
